For what purpose do we process your personal data?
The personal data provided by the user through this website may be processed by BEKINSA for the following purposes:
Contact: To manage the data of users who contact BEKINSA via contact forms, through the website, by phone calls, by sending emails, or by any other means.
Likewise, your data will be processed to maintain the contact initiated by the user, provide customer or user care services, and manage the inquiries and property searches you submit through the multiple channels enabled for this purpose on the website.
Furthermore, BEKINSA may process, for the same purpose, the data of users who have contacted BEKINSA through communication channels enabled by BEKINSA other than its website (e.g., other real estate portals through which BEKINSA has contracted the publication of its properties, or contact at information and sales points).

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data by BEKINSA?
BEKINSA will process your personal data based on the following legitimate grounds:
- The processing of your data for the “Contact” purpose is based on the management and processing of the legal or commercial relationship initiated between the user and BEKINSA; that is, the management of your own request, the maintenance of contact between the parties, and, where appropriate, the provision of the service requested by the user.
- The processing of your data for the purpose of “Advertising of BEKINSA products and services” is based on your prior consent.

BEKINSA informs users that when personal data is collected through a form made available on our website, it will be necessary for the user to provide at least the data marked with an asterisk (\*). Otherwise, given the necessary nature of this data for BEKINSA, it will not be able to manage the provision of the service or address the user’s inquiry or request.

BEKINSA will provide you with the requested information within a maximum period of 1 month from the receipt of the request, although this period may be extended by another 2 months depending on the complexity and number of requests received.
Likewise, BEKINSA informs you that you may file a claim with the competent Supervisory Authority in Data Protection matters, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency ([http://www.agpd.es](http://www.agpd.es)). We also inform you that in the first instance, you can file a claim with the Data Controller (rgpd@bekinsa.es), who will resolve your claim within a maximum period of two months.
Data Processing in the Whistleblowing Channel
In accordance with current Data Protection regulations and the legislation governing the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements, BEKINSA guarantees that any information provided through our Whistleblowing Channel will be processed under the strictest security and confidentiality standards.
- Purpose: The collection and processing of data have the sole purpose of receiving, managing, investigating, and resolving reports regarding potential legal violations, irregularities, or breaches of our corporate code of ethics.
- Legal Basis: The processing of data is based on compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the company, as well as the public interest in preventing and detecting infringements.
- Confidentiality and Anonymity: The information system guarantees the absolute confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person and any third party mentioned in the report. Furthermore, the system fully permits and supports the submission of completely anonymous reports.
- Data Retention: Personal data will be retained in the system only for the time strictly necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation. If, after three (3) months from the receipt of the report, no actions have been taken, the data will be deleted from the system, except when it is necessary to retain it to evidence the functioning of the crime prevention model.
