These images and videos are strictly for illustrative purposes, having been created based on a preliminary design. Therefore, they are subject to modifications due to technical, legal, or commercial requirements of the development, or by the buyers’ choices. Consequently, in the event of any contradiction between the images shown herein and the information contained in the contractual documents delivered to the client, the latter shall always prevail. The furniture shown is not included; the property’s equipment will be strictly as specified in the quality specifications.
Floor Plans
The commercial floor plans, which include a graphical representation and data regarding surface areas, may be subject to modifications mandated by the competent public authorities and/or technical or legal requirements, provided they are justified and do not entail substantial alterations. The furniture shown is not included, and the property’s equipment shall be as indicated in the corresponding quality specifications.
Therefore, in the event of any contradiction between the floor plans shown herein and the information contained in the contractual documents delivered to the client, the latter shall always prevail. The furniture shown in the floor plans is not included, as the property’s equipment is that which is indicated in the quality specifications.
All information and the delivery of documentation in accordance with the provisions of Decree 218/05 will be provided to the client at our development’s sales office.
